Arbor Day, Bali Style

We spent two nights staying with Indonesian families in a small village called Beraban. We learned more Indonesian words (now we can converse with 2 year olds!) and helped our "mothers" make offerings, cook and entertain the kids. It offered a great insight into real Indonesian life, and before we left we were invited to plant trees to commemorate the visit, a classic photo opp.
