Hot Springs

After seeing the sun rise, we drove to hot springs where we bathed in the warm spring water under the gargoyle fountains. From there we hiked to a Buddhist Temple, the first one we've visited on this trip. It was hot, and the other three members of our group had taken a vow of silence for the day, so they weren't great company, as our jokes seemed to go right over their heads. While hiking, we also saw a two-year-old swinging a cat by its tail.
